When We Accept Returns

We accept returns in the following specific cases only:

  • We have shipped a damaged item
  • We have shipped the wrong item or wrong size

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Reported to us within 2 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on your bank or card provider.

Important Notes

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect item are not accepted
  • If a customer selects the wrong size, style, or item at checkout, we cannot offer an exchange — we ship exactly what was ordered
  • There is no restocking fee
  • Once an order is packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, check all packaging carefully as some items may ship separately. If an item is still missing, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package received.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. Once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer.
