We know the wait for a new Chrome Hearts piece is part of the excitement — so we make it easy to follow your order every step of the way.
How Order Tracking Works
1. Order confirmation. As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Processing. Orders are prepared and quality-checked within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
3. Dispatch & tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
4. Tracking activation. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to become active on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery. Your order then makes its way to you, typically arriving within [aapka delivery timeline] business days for standard shipping.
How to Track
Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website to see live updates on your shipment’s location and estimated delivery date. If you have created an account with us, you can also view your order status by logging in.
Order Delayed or Tracking Not Updating?
Occasionally tracking can take a little longer to update, especially over weekends or holidays. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
