Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping (US): 10-15 business days — FREE on all orders
- Priority Shipping (US): 8-10 business days — $20.00
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required. Simply select Standard Shipping at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
us-chromeheart.com is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other household members
- Looking for a delivery notice from the carrier
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contacting us at support@us-chromeheart.com if the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days

We take fraudulent activity and abuse of our dispute and chargeback process extremely seriously. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a concern with your order — including non-delivery, damage, or any other issue — you are required to contact us first at support@us-chromeheart.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before filing any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, or filing a false/fraudulent chargeback after receiving your order in satisfactory condition, constitutes chargeback fraud and is a criminal offense under applicable US and international law.
Legal Action for Fraudulent Disputes
We maintain detailed records of all orders including IP addresses, device fingerprints,
delivery confirmations, tracking data, and all customer communications.
Any customer found to have filed a false, misleading, or fraudulent dispute or chargeback
will be reported to the relevant authorities and pursued for the full amount of the
fraudulent claim plus legal costs and damages.
We actively cooperate with payment processors, banks, and law enforcement agencies
to investigate and prosecute cases of chargeback fraud and online retail fraud.
Specifically, the following actions may result in civil and/or criminal legal proceedings:
- Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving your order in full
- Claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms successful delivery
- Providing false information to your bank or payment provider regarding your order
- Repeatedly placing orders with the intention of filing fraudulent disputes
- Unauthorized use of another person’s payment method
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from any customer found to have engaged in fraudulent dispute activity. All fraud cases are documented and shared with payment networks, fraud prevention services, and law enforcement as required.
