California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) requires certain companies to disclose how they address the risks of human trafficking and forced labor in their supply chains. This statement explains the steps our business currently takes in this area.
We do not conduct formal evaluations or third-party verification to identify risks of human trafficking or forced labor within our supplier network.
We do not perform independent or unannounced audits of suppliers to assess compliance with anti-trafficking or anti-slavery standards.
We do not require suppliers to certify that the materials or products they provide follow laws related to human trafficking or forced labor.
We do not maintain a specific internal accountability program or disciplinary procedures focused on preventing trafficking or forced labor within our operations.
We do not offer specialized training to employees or management on recognizing or reducing the risks of human trafficking or slavery in the supply chain.
We provide this disclosure in the interest of transparency so customers can be fully aware of the steps we currently take and those we have not yet implemented. As our company grows, we aim to review and enhance our supply-chain processes wherever appropriate.
